Taylor Rental Party Plus is the leading and most innovative special event rental company in the San Luis Obispo County event rental scene. Taylor Rental is a local family owned business that has been serving the Central Coast since 1975. We are the go to specialists for caterers, wedding venues, and brides. At Taylor Rental we take pride in our work and are committed to the success of every event. No client is insignificant. Our company is obsessed with providing our clients with the quality of service they deserve when they trust us with their event: five star service, unwavering attention to detail, and a commitment to always follow through. Able to accommodate parties from 8 to 800, our team is well-trained and experienced in everything from event planning to warehouse logistics. Our front of the house staff has a collective 50-plus years of rental industry experience, and our dedicated and loyal delivery team includes multiple employees who have been with us for more than 10 years. Not stopping there, Taylor Rental has serviced the needs of local chambers of commerce, marketing expos, high school and college graduations, non-profit fundraisers, and any member of the community who just wanted to throw a great party for the last 5 decades.
Quality, Consistency & Reliability
When we asked our long-term customers and industry partners why they chose Taylor Rental again and again, the answer we often heard was “consistency.” We deliver consistent quality by inspecting every glass, plate, chair, etc. before every rental. Silverware is polished frequently and burnished annually. Wooden chairs are wrapped and stacked on rolling carts to limit chipping and scratching. All propane equipment is consistently tested for safety and function and every tent is professionally cleaned before every rental. If you receive a piece of equipment that does not meet your standards in either functionality or appearance, please give us a call as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
Taylor Rental maintains a fleet of delivery vehicles manned by the classiest and most experienced crew in the central coast. There is no venue we have not worked with, and we can be on site anywhere in the county when you need us. Our delivery staff is committed to safety in all aspects of our operation and takes pride in being polite, respectful and cooperative.
At Taylor Rental we have a reputation of “Saving the Day” for coordinators, caterer’s, and destination clients when other companies have let them down. Convenience
Taylor Rental is conveniently located in the heart of Paso Robles. Our warehouse and showroom are conveniently situated on the corner of 16th Street and Riverside, just 3 blocks down the street from the Fairgrounds and directly adjacent to the southbound 101 freeway at 1545 Riverside Ave Paso Robles, CA 93446. We are willing to travel, and provide our services as far North as Monterey and as far south as Santa Barbara.
Once you arrive at our facility, we are a one-stop shop for all of your special event rental needs. Linens, dinnerware, glassware, tents, tables, chairs, and more are all available under one roof. We even sell propane on site! In our showroom, you will have the opportunity to sample place settings and use our display tables as inspiration. Our showroom is open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday all year long. Event planning/consultation is also by appointment only.
While we encourage you to visit and see items in person, our entire inventory is available via our online catalog. You can even add items to a wish list and request a quote. We aim to respond the same day, but guarantee we’ll follow-up within two business days.

At Taylor Rental it’s easy to find whatever you’ll need to throw the event of a lifetime. We are proud to have the largest and most diverse combined inventory on the central coast including unique winery inspired Rustic and Vintage inventory options found nowhere else! In addition, we are the only company on the central coast that designs and builds our own wine barrel inspired furniture in house! With dozens of options of table linens, chairs, flatware, glassware, and china we can also fit the needs of any bride with any taste and within any budget.

From a posh and elegant 300 guest celebrity wedding under crystal chandeliers and a shining white canopy tent to a vintage shabby chic affair under the stars and sparkling string lighting, we have everything the most discerning bride needs to make the event of a lifetime an evening no one will ever forget!
